Sibling Session from West Forsyth HS
May 6, 2025 | By: Rebekah Gregg Photography
Oh how I love a session with siblings! These two beautiful twins graduated from West Forsyth High School last year and I was honored to get to take their senior portraits. Twin sessions are great for several reasons:
1. it feels more like a family session because I'm taking pictures of them together, along with individual portraits, so we're able to capture the special connection between them.
2. I get to show what's different about the two of them. Reagan is an amazing artist and Will is a very talented basketball player. Getting to take pictures of them highlighting their unique interests was so fun! Will wanted to be sure to include some special shoes to honor his Grammy who had passed away because she was so supportive of him and his aspirations. For Reagan, I had her bring her sketchbook and I also took several double exposures to feature how artistic she is.
3. Moms get to book just one extended session rather than separate sessions. Senior schedules are especially busy for moms of twins! Senior year has so many deadlines and extra activities so finding time to schedule two sessions would only add stress to what can be a stressful year. Being able to combine their sessions into one alleviates that worry!
I wanted to make sure we chose a location that fit both of their personalities and where they would each feel comfortable. This beautiful spot in North Georgia was just right because there are so many different backgrounds: the lake, the mountain, trees, the overlook and the stone wall! And it happened to be even more perfect because I didn't realize this location even has a basketball court of all things! The fall colors were absolutely showing off and we had such beautiful weather and the park all to ourselves.
Reagan and Will, thank you so much for asking me to take your senior portraits! I hope this first year at college has been everything you dreamed of!
