Rachel - North Oconee HS Senior

Over the last couple years, and I can expect for at least 5 more, I've been honored that people I've known for a long time have asked me to take their senior portraits. It's always bittersweet to see how they've grown from little people in preschool to young adults ready to leave home.

I've known Rachel since she was just a tiny thing in the preschool department at church. Her mom also used to have a photography business and I miss our picture field trips together now that she's moved to Athens. I loved getting to visit them there in Athens and taking her pictures downtown and close to her school - North Oconee High School - where she's played for their women's lacrosse team. It's been a tough year for her with injuries and surgery but she has the sweetest outlook and keeps finding things to look forward to like playing at Piedmont College and I'm so proud of her!
