I shared Connor's sister's pictures last week - Morgan's senior session - (ladies first, after all!) so now it's Connor's turn. This guy is so easy going and comfortable in front of the camera which isn't typically the case for a lot guys! I think he must be one of those people that just makes everything look easy. He has this way about him that exudes confidence without being arrogant and you can't help but like him immediately! Baseball is incredibly important to him and he'll get to play for University of Tennessee next year. What an awesome opportunity! Connor, I know you're going to love Knoxville and UT (we lived there for a little while right after we got married). I may be a UGA fan but a piece of me is still rooting for Tennessee since I worked there at the school and I remember being in Knoxville for the World's Fair way back when.
When I had a chance to take some pictures of him at his home field at River Ridge High School a couple of his friends and teammates were also there getting their senior pictures taken so I was able to grab one of the three of them together.
Be sure to check out the information after Connor's pics about an amazing charity dedicated to providing accessible playgrounds and ball fields for all children!
The Miracle League creates ball fields and playgrounds that are accessible to all children, including those with special needs. This organization started right here in Conyers, Georgia with help from local Rotary Clubs. Twenty-two Major League Clubs, including our own Atlanta Braves, support this organization and since Connor has been playing baseball and was River Ridge's catcher it only makes sense that this fits right in with something he loves so much! A few years ago they were featured in a two-part story on The Today Show (you can watch Part 1 below). You can buy a cup from your favorite team to help support their efforts and to search locations for their fields and playgrounds click on the button above!
