"What should I wear for my senior pictures?" This is a question I hear often and the answer isn't always simple. Especially when the weather in Georgia can be unpredictable to say the least. One day it can start out at 40 degrees and end up in the 70s. Another day may call for rain in the afternoon but it might only rain in your neighborhood and not down the street! So how can anyone possibly plan their outfits with all this in mind? Layers! And some flexibility! Decide ahead of time which outfits will work based on the forecast. Choose flattering pieces in colors that complement your skin and photograph well. Then bring along scarves, sweaters and jackets that coordinate with those outfits! Not only do layers add interest to an outfit but if the temperatures turn out a bit cooler then you will be much more comfortable.
Jasmine chose perfect outfits to demonstrate how layering in especially unpredictable seasons like spring and fall can be so helpful!
If a sudden rainstorm threatens to end your session then consider taking some pictures inside while you wait for it to pass by. This is also a good time to change into your next look!
Call me to schedule your spring senior portrait session! I'd love to help you choose outfits that reveal something about your personality and style!
